Event Center Facilities
Trade Center
The Trade Center is a 100' by 135' (13,500 sq. ft), clear span, open, building with a maximum occupancy of 750. Built in 1980, it has become the most used facility on the fairgrounds for a wide variety of events. It is most typically used for large meetings, banquets, and receptions.
Rental of the Trade Center includes, one set-up day, tables and chairs, lined garbage cans, dividers, lobby (24’ x 20’) (480 sq. ft), serviced bathrooms, all demand and usage electrical charges, sound system, one set of appropriate keys and listed on the Hwy 191 marquee. The large roll up door on the south end of the assembly room is 14’ tall, and 15’ wide.

Trade Center Kitchen
In 2008, the Trade Center Kitchen was remodeled. Equipment was purchased through a USDA Rural Development Grant. The kitchen is a complete and functioning commercial kitchen. It includes a gas oven with a 6-burner range to which a griddle can be added; 36 c.f. refrigerator; 72 c.f. roll-in refrigerator; 36 c.f. freezer; 2 stacked convection ovens; new sinks; many different sized working tables; and other amenities.

Pavilion
The Pavilion, a 298’ x 125’ dirt floor facility on the north end of the fairgrounds, provides an arena for horseback riding, livestock shows, or the floor can be packed for other events. The Pavilion rental includes the arena and sale barn sides of the pavilion, the sound booth, sound system, concrete bathrooms NE of Pavilion (weather permitting), panels, all demand and usage electrical charges, one arena working per day, and event listed on Highway 191 marquee.

Other configuration charges will be billed at Fairgrounds Manager discretion.
- Standard Pavilion Configuration: Winter Configuration consists of Riding Arena Oct. 1 – April 1. This includes an 8’ panel arena perimeter (218’ x 104’) with gates on either end.
- Summer Configuration consists of an empty building with panels configured for Spectator Safety.
- Other configurations may exist during the year depending upon circumstances and events.
- Configuration tear down typically includes removing the arena, bleacher relocation, and packing the floor.
- The Sale Barn includes 125’ x 50’ feet space if available and rented without Pavilion includes sound booth, concrete bathrooms NE of Pavilion (weather permitting), panels, all demand and usage electrical charges, and event listed on Highway 191 marquee.
Grandstand Arena
The Grandstand, being the most visible fairgrounds facility, seats 2,968 and has a full roof over all seats. The 80-foot by 225-foot facility is open May through September or as weather will permit. The Grandstand is handicapped accessible and has 16 handicapped seats. The rental of the Grandstand seating and arena includes the ticket booth, public area underneath, arena, pens, and arena announcer’s booth, sound system, main bathrooms under grandstand, one arena working per day and event listed on Highway 191 marquee. The bathrooms on the north end of the grandstand are available for attendance of 1,000 and greater.

Ag Building
The Ag Building is one of the oldest remaining buildings on the Central Montana Fairgrounds. The first floor interior, 4,800 sq feet, is available to rent. In 1995, the Ag Building was remodeled including an updated bathroom. In 2010 it was again remodeled and is now a year-round attractive facility with a small kitchen.
Ag Building rental includes maintained bathrooms, small kitchen, adequate lined garbage containers, tables and chairs, all demand and usage electrical charges, parking in the main parking area, available outside lighting, and porch on west end of building.

RV Park
RV Park: 41 spots with full hook ups. Open Year Round!
Camping is not available during fair week, typically the last full week of July.
